Small Business Survey Round 2

We recently shared the results of a survey conducted among 1,000 small and midsized businesses about how they’ve been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and their outlook for the future. Now that some things have changed, such as the passage of the CARES Act, the Paycheck Protection Program loans, and a few weeks of experience, we’re back with a second round of survey results! A few key numbers that jump out:

  • Nearly 2/3 of businesses have started to apply for SBA assistance
  • 1/5 of small businesses are now providing virtual services
  • Nearly 2/3 of small businesses think it will take 3 months or longer to return to pre-pandemic business
