Do You Do the Right Thing?

Sometimes people go above and beyond in customer service, to do more than would be expected. They do it because, in their minds, it’s the right thing to do. One of my readers recently sent me a note that described a situation just like this, where someone provided him service above and beyond the call of duty, without asking for a reward. Listen, and think about how to make a habit of doing the right thing.
