Finding Customers

Finding_Customers

The first step in the search for your next customer involves understanding who your ideal customer is. Look to understand their pains and their problems, then make sure you understand exactly how your solution will meet their needs—then you’ll be able to find the right customers. TJ Muehleman and Jared Malan of We&Co focused on smaller, independent restaurants. To find customers they went to places like Craigslist, CareerBuilder and other sites that are highly-trafficked by their ideal customers.  End lesson? Go to your customers and talk to them in a way that they will understand.
