Last week, Molly and Fran discussed the importance of authenticity during a negotiation. This week, they look at the benefits of helping others.

You can never do too much for a partner. You can never do too much for a customer. When you go above and beyond for other people, they become your greatest source of advertising. As a sports agent, Molly Fletcher wanted to have one person in each clubhouse, who would become her greatest advocate with everyone else on and around the team. The challenge is to be just as enthusiastic and urgent when you’re doing something that only benefits someone else as you are when you are doing something that will benefit yourself.

In this session, you’ll learn:

  • Ways you can go the extra mile for clients and partners
  • How to learn habits of negotiation
  • How to authentically put your own twist on what you learn from others
  • Why you should want constant feedback on your performance
